Received an Associate Degree while still in high school, graduating in May 2015 with my high school diploma and an Associate in General Sciences at the same time. Graduated with a B.S in Earth and Environmental Sciences from an international university in Germany after 3 years of study. 180 total credit hours in university specifically in geochemistry, geophysics, oceanography, geology, and German. I have always loved learning. For me, it came relatively easily in my K-12 years, and I learned early on that helping others understand subject material not only helped me learn more effectively, but also brought me an immense amount of joy. When I began college, I learned that the most effective way for me to study anything was to teach it to others, and making even the most hardcore scientific materials more interactive and fun helped everyone learn. By the end of my degree, I knew that using my passion for the sciences in a teaching context was going to be the route that I wanted to pursue the most.

Hi there! My name is Morgan, and I'm a recent college graduate with a passion for environmental science. I've always loved being outside in any context, so studying environmental science was a no brainer for me. I grew up in the mountains of Colorado, constantly out wandering anywhere I could. When I applied for colleges, I wanted a new adventure that would throw me outside of my comfort zone, so I decided to take a spot at an international university in Germany. Over the next three years, I was thrown into the most intense learning environment I have ever encountered, skipping over general education courses, and specializing from day one. Because of this, I have taken over 30 courses in the areas of geochemistry, geology, and oceanography. Since graduating this June, I have relocated back to the US, where I have been spending my time outside and with family. When I'm not outdoors exploring, I'm an avid reader, and can lose myself in up to a book a day if given the choice! I'm an extrovert, and will share my passion for the Earth and all its natural processes to anyone who will listen. Teaching others always helped me study and learn, and has become one of my favorite ways to help people!
